Doug Rudnicki 66 Austin Healey 3000
A 1966 Austin Healey. On this one HRF stepped in to help make the sheetmetal fit after another shop could not make it work. We ended up doing body and paint as well at our Minnesota hot rod shop.
Doug Rudnicki approached us about restoring his Austin Healey. He had some work done in another shop and the metal work they did was not up to his standards, so we had to cut and refit the body panels and reweld a lot of areas. Once this was completed, the job actually went very well. We did the body work and paint in a few short months and Doug is doing most of the assembly work himself, although he says he will have to have us finish up some of the small details at the end.
